@respeb6464 Nope. I was never involved with any of these companies outside of doing a bit of work for PST when the original owner was alive, but that's it. I haven't participated in this fetish for years. It was easy to see when they no longer cared. Sad, but porn will always porn.

@Her_Comeuppance They pay more over here and are just trying to shoot as quickly as possible. While hopefully editing a movie out of the ashes. That's why Bill (PST) had so many jump cuts and hated dialog. It made his editing style almost impossible. So many crappy jump cuts! JohnM compensated with his shitty sloppy camera style and was incredibly lazy about effects. He would often bitch about having to do ligture marks. @SilkKnot I once pushed Bill for three minute standardized strangulation and a 30 second strangulation of her dead neck to be sure. Along with a necro neck break...etc...etc. but with customs, standardizing anything became impossible. Do it the same way and try to improve each time. Nope. @Her_Comeuppance Mae was one of the best. She could handle intensity when put to the task. However, those flicks with Bruce Venture were largely a poorly directed mess with a couple decent scenes. He seemed to make everything about himself. We aren't here to see him. But much of that is on the direction/camerawork. Not Mr. caveman/horse dick. But i prefer killers that largely stay out of frame. Those flicks were just another poorly made custom mess. Like most erotic horror, sadly.

I like the cutaway to show she had been strangled longer than shown, but to stop tightening the cord and remove it entirely the instant she stops moving is PKF level realism. Keep working her neck.
