@reba I have a couple improvements I want to make to this design. More screws, for one, and caps that spin like a live center on a lathe. I caped these screws with acorn nuts, but they tended to walk off the breast unless we used lube on them, which created the difficulty of them sliding off before the screw tightened enough to stop it. I think this could be a commercial product with just a little more work, though. Would you like a pair to test?

@Violarme the device is capable of up to 40 volts, but works on current limitation, which is adjustable up to 80mA. I had it turned most of the way up. That said, I didn't have the frequency high nor the pulse width wide, so if you look at it from a duty- cycle perspective, it's much lower.

It's amazing how little power is needed.
