I say to go for it but make sure your gf feels in control the whole time. If she calls the whole thing off, accept it.

She doesn't need to have girl on girl contact with her sis. Set up some rules beforehand to make sure everyone gets their needs met.

Your gf is pretty awesome to suggest a 3 way. You do risk putting your relationship with your gf under strain. But this seems worth the risk.

See, if it was just a threesome with another guy, I wouldn't do it because we've had some issues before.

I'll keep that in mind, I've tried to seem somewhat hesitant about it.
I'd say something like, "well, baby, I mean I can see it but I can't, I'm just not sure..." when it would get brought up to that way she wouldn't feel TOO pushed. I tell her constantly about anything to not let me push her into stuff and I've told her the same for this so hopefully it'll stick.

Don't push it but keep the idea in her head through random comments (that fit into whatever conversation you're having at the time).

Don't try and plan it, that will only increase everyone's stress level.

Booze is your friend, don't get everyone wasted but a few drinks will certainly help loosen everyone up.

That's what I'm hoping to do, I casually bring her up more in conversation than I ever did before but not all at once, just slowly and now we end up talking about her almost daily.

I would never really plan it, because like you said it would increase stress, it's just going to be relatively hard trying to figure out when because everybody lives at home while we're in college, I really wish I had taken out a loan and gotten an apartment now but c'est la vie.

Booze is the plan but I don't want anyone to be to the point of passing out, that's definitely not a fantasy of mine.
