I'm a very dominant male who has been training slaves for over 20 years. Growing up I always saw females as the weaker sex and felt that this was by natural design, that women are weaker so that they could be dominated and through domination, they could find fulfillment by providing service.
My own mother was dominated by my father and this arrangement just worked. She would never challenge him, she would never dare, she was focused on pleasing him and he would teach her to serve him.
By my early 20's I knew what I wanted from a relationship. I had friends and a life but I needed a female to serve me. Someone to cook and provide sexual entertainment. I wasn't looking for love, I was looking for someone to serve me, an attractive and dedicated slave.
I dated several young women that partially met my needs but they never submitted to the level I needed. Then one day I was in a nightclub when I encountered a tiny little Asian creature. Where I lived it was rare to see non-whites so this creature stood out. Well I was very interested in it, it just seemed exotic and I decided I was going to bed it and sure enough, before long we were heading back to my place for the first piece of yellow pussy of my life.

Since then I kept over a dozen slaves and "found my feet" when it comes to slave training.
First of all, I have never loved a slave, only used it purposefully. They are there for a purpose, my role is to observe it and use my experience and skills to shape it into being the best slave it can be.
In a way I look at it like taking a lump of coal from a pile of other lumps of coal. I look for a good piece to work with then I refine it, squeeze it hard, work it over a long period until that lump of worthless coal shines as a new diamond, a jewel of beauty and value. It takes a lot of time and energy but the end result is so worth it.
Another analogy I use is like baking. When you make a loaf of bread you take dull raw ingredients and you work them together. You knead the mix hard, over and over until it becomes what you need.
I believe every female has the capacity to be worked into a useful slave. Chinks and niggers have natural advantages since genetically they're lesser breeds, predisposed to serve but any female can be worked into a slave. I also believe that this is the natural order and men have a duty to dominate and train females.
I take my responsibility as a slave trainer very seriously. A female that fails to serve dutifully is a result of poor training, something to address quickly.
For each new subject, I start by breaking it. Some break quickly, others take time but this step is important to complete first.
Then once truly broken, it can be rebuilt. Hard work, focus, a slave must strive for perfection and the slave Master must strive to bring out perfection. Every detail can be honed sharper. Its positions, posture, focus, alertness. Are its eyes sharp and focused? Is its back strong and straight as it kneels. As it bows respectfully, is its forehead kissing the ground, are its arms forward straight and are its palms up as an act of offering. Even a well trained slave can be improved and worked closer towards perfection. A slave must never be allowed to rest on its accomplishments, it must always be pushed forward.
I always ask, if I was to trade it now, would I be proud of what I was offering? If not, then my first duty is to refine the piece further, never
