I still can't manage my uploads since weeks. Most of the buttons on the manage uploads page don't work anymore. The motherless support was very kind and quick, but they couldn't halp me at all..

I work with Macintosh, tried mostely every brawser avaiable, not only on OS X even on ios, but the buttons on the page don't rsponse as buttons. So I can't create nice galleries.

Does anyone have the same problem? You can see on the image (3,4 and 5) that the cursor doesn't change into the finger icon when it is moved over a button.

I am having the same problem. Tried different browsers, different devices, still doesn't work. Thought I was the only one. Using Windows 10, Windows 8,and Android's latest version. Would be nice to have a fix. I'm thinking there must be a corrupted upload in the stream someplace, but have no idea how to track it down.

Thanks. Very interesting. I thought after some time, that it is a Apple problem and now I'm reading it is not.

It is impossible to identify such a corrupted upload and even then, when I would find it:
I couldn't delete this upload, because I can't manage my uploads anymore.

Individual up loads can be deleted when viewing...but as you say, how to identify. I sent another ticket to support along with a screen grab, so we'll see if anything comes of it.

What site version are you guys using (old/new)?

Works fine for me on the new version with windows 8.1 on an old ass laptop with chrome browser, but I haven't tried it on the old one as that version of the site is kinda sucky in comparison to the up to date one.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and look to the left, it will say "Switch to Old Version " if you're on the new one.

If you are on the new one then it probably doesn't have anything to do with this issue, it was just a thought.

Thanks. It is not an Apple problem. Rude61 has the same problem on a windown computer. It just started one day, let's hope the make a change which reverses back to the good old time, where we could manage our uploalds. Strange that there are not more people having this issue. I wonder what could be the reason.

I've seen a few posts about people having issues, but on various threads, so doesn`t show the whole size of the problem, but seems to be wide spread.

Really? I must say the support team acts very quickly and adresses the problem. They checked it and couldn't reproduce it. They told me that I'm the only one with this issue.

Our tech team has again investigated this extensively and can not replicate the problem you are having. We read the board post but it does not yield any more information we can use to help resolve your issue (although, it would definitely not be a 'corrupted upload' causing it).

Out of hundreds of thousands of active members only you two have reported any difficulties in using the media manager, and as mentioned our tech team has checked into this thoroughly (across several devices/operating systems and browsers), which leads us to believe the issue is not on our end.

We will of course keep an eye out for more reports, or any information which may finally solve this for you.

Sounds like it isn't an isolated problem. I would like to upload some new material, but there is no sense in doing it until I can manage them.

I am on windows. I can't manage the galleries from media manager (cog, manage your uploads), since the actions menu stays inactive when I select a gallery. however I can delete them by hitting the avatar-menu, then galleries, or by going to the gallery itself and deleting from there.

Adding to galleries from the mass uplosds screen brfore clicking save does nothing, i have to wait until they are approved, manage uploads, select them, click actions menu then add to gallery. Finally i have to delete the auto created Gallery 😅 depending on number of uploads

I can't go the the actions menue, I can't even choose a gallery in the manage upload section, because the buttons don't work anymore for me.

since you said it doesn't work on ios either for you and it is working on my ipad pro. My guess is the number of uploads you have overloads their system. Most likely if they use cloud technology, they bring up little containers with limited memory and run tasks with a timeout, so either it ran out of memory or it couldn't process your request within the timeout. To confirm it's your data not your device or setup you can setup a new account temporarily. If it works on the new account you can tell support it's not your device or browser and ask them to explain why it happens only on your account all other things equal. Good luck

I did try it on the ipad some time ago and it didn't work either. But the idea with a new account seems pretty good. I will try it in the next days...

You are right. It must be a intern data base problem or something like this. I created a second accout, I imported about 20 pics in two sessions, got two gallerys. The new account works like it should be working, the manage upload functionality is as it was in my old account.
Thanks a lot.
Now I know at least that I'm no crazy guy with a bad working computer system.
Iwill open a new ticket.

It's nothing to do with the number of uploads you have. You have less than 4k, I have over 100k and can use the media manager with no problem at all (on both android mobile and desktop).

While I agree it is odd that it would work on one account and not the other it is not to do with the amount of uploads on your account.

I wrote to the support and mentioned your suggestion. So they opened the case again and found a way to fix it. Thanks a lot for your help.
Maybe they could fix your problem too, if not, try to refer to my case.

Install a plugin called "EditThisCookie" and use it to delete all motherless related cookies, then restart browser. You'll need to sign in again but you will have a clean slate as far as cookies are concerned and it may just be that you had a duff one in there associated with that particular account/username.

I had a similar issue with buttons not responding on another site and this fixed it for me. Hopefully it will do the same for you, It's worth a try anyways.

I didn't change anything. I tried the EditThisCookie and deleted all cookies. No change.
But the Motherless Team changed something and it is working again as ist should.
