Please someone help me.

IS it possible to create a gallery of some uploads and to make it availablke only for friends ?

Everytime i create a gallery and change the privacy settings for the images in this gallery to private, the gallery disappear.

No, it's not actually possible to do this as only 'public' uploads can be added to galleries/groups etc.
