how common are homicidal tendencies? am i the only one who gets them? does anyone else think that if the risks weren't so high, they could actually go through with murder? not just regular gunshot murder, but real sadistic ted bundy shit... am i fucked in the head? or do alot of people feel this way and just never go through with it? im a man of distorted and low morals but i still have a sense of right and wrong. i wouldn't be able to hurt anyone innocent or someone i love. but someone who i feel deserves it, sure. even if they're "crime" wasn't so bad, if i feel they're expendable, i would have no problem offing them. i just wouldn't know how to get away with it...

Pretty common, I'd say. If it wasn't illegal to kill, a lot of people I know would be dead. And I say the deserve it. But then again so do I, for taking a life. I had a day where walking down the street I was so angry at everything, I had flashes of killing everyone I walked by. It scared the fuck out of me. Who's to say that I'm the walking hand of justice?

Sure I think about killing people (helps relieve stress and anger) but i'd never do it for it would accomplish nothing for justice. To speak of your loathing for criminals; crime happens because there is a problem. Just like in a cancer patient, you can remove all the tumors you like, but if you neglect to kill the cancer, you've done nothing but buy a little time. To put that into the real world for those not cappable of applying the metaphor, that would be like imprisoning/executing criminals while ignoring the conditions that MAKE the criminals. I.E. poverty, strife, shitty school system, family problems etc.
So if you want to perform acts of justice, do something to fix the problem, instead of applying a "band-aid".

If a band aid is sticking a needle ( I prefer a .45 slug to the head) into a criminal and showing it on cable it would cut down on a lot of crime. I see no reason to keep killers in prison for life sucking up money and making life hard on the other inmates. And fuck that waiting 20 years for the execution ..kill them a week after the conviction. A lot of people have shitty childhoods but they dont go out raping and killing. Fucking liberals want to keep them in jail forever and I ask you WHY?? Whats the point in keeping worthless sacks of shit alive?

op here. well you guys have made me feel less crazy lol, thank you. i think if someone threatened my family or i felt i had to kill to defend my life or that of my wife and child's, then i could kill without question. i feel almost like i could go on a serial killer dexter style rampage if i wasn't so concerned with the thought of my parents having to see me in cuffs, fessing up to that shit. if i had never met my wife and my parents passed, and i was all alone.
i could probably and would probably do it. and to the guy who talked about the roots of crime and said "you can remove all the tumors you like, but if you neglect to kill the cancer, you've done nothing but buy a little time" i get what you're saying, but this reminds me of how some politicians would rather institute social programs instead of crime and punishment, sure we know that prison won't fix the root cause, but wouldn't removing and destroying the tumor still be beneficial? can't just leave it. can't just stand by and do nothing cause its "done nothing but buy you time"

I feel that way a lot.
Given the opportunity, I would. I planned to kill my ex a few years ago when in town, but went elsewhere at the last minute. I was kinda let down because it was all prepared and they just didn't show up.
I don't see any problems if they've done something truly bad.
Plus it can be therapeutic. :)
Not innocents though, or for a sexual reason.
