There's tv for smart people in America. It's just that smart stuff tends to be boring. Unless it's Mythbusters or something like that. Those history guys have been doing good too. They're even doing a Houdini series comming up. I think the OP's problem, is their own stupidity.

Yea wisdom. When I do watch someone else's TV (I haven't had cable in 12+ years), I watch shows like that. OP is right, for every "intelligent" show their are 50 brainless shows. A good reflection of America, educational shows boring? Yea, too much brain-work, LOL! Dumb up Americans and you can create more sheeple.
