I hadn't been in a club since this pandemic started. I figured why not, historical an all that shit. So, Friday trip to the hardware store turns into a detour to the strip joint. It's weird. They got plexi dividers between stage seats. There's a fucking rule board about covid. They take your temp when you walk in. Per the sign all staff get temp checks every couple hours. Half the girls look like ninjas with black masks. Half look like bladerunner with clear masks. I probably look like an idiot in a KN95. Everyone just sort of laughs at the absurdity of it. The place was empty, just me, girls, bartender. Lots of attention. VIP was half price. Place was hurting. Like I said just weird and historical and all that shit. Did VIP with an amazing hottie. Great time. Hey if I die I'll die happy.
I remember the weirdest part being the social interaction. Bartender, girls, all of them really wanting to talk. Shit's got everyone so isolated. Most of us have lost someone, not trying to start debates or spread, just ducking weird!
