It's just some crappy spammer. The links on the boards get auto deleted by the system anyway (which makes it pointless for them to post in the first place) and you can stop the notification showing in your sitemail by setting up a mail filter https://motherless.com/help/MailFilter As soon as they see they're not getting many hits on their pathetic shit they'll give up and move on.
