I need to confess that I'm am seriously depressed. I am lonely and finally believe that no one is or will be interested in me. I can't ever get a date let alone casual sex, no cuddles, not even conversations. It just makes me depressed on a few different levels: I feel unwanted/undesirable, like I don't have something that other men have. I know I'm a really nice, respectful, and charismatic guy who is in good shape and is not bad to look at, yet women just want abusive assholes. Not saying I can't be dominant, no problem there, but some how I'm still either getting "ghosted", friend zone, or just a look the other way. It's been like this for years. The only people that tell me otherwise are friends who have already friend zoned me or my mother so I really don't believe them when they tell me otherwise. I'm so lonely and depressed...

Dry spell, everyone gets them, find other things to occupy your time. The more you think about it the more desperate it will make you feel and that shit is sensed by women. Just let it happy and don't seem thirsty.
Simple trick... Walk with your shoulders back more often. Take notice of this. It will also help make you more confident. Wait 2 seconds before you reply (face to face) to a girl. Many times this 2 seconds you wait when they are saying something will lead them to talk more, faster and more excited. This will also make you look more confident. Lastly hold eye contact long then comfortable til it becomes comfortable. If you are feeling kindly it helps release oxytocin. Which will help them feel more attracted to you.

I think one of the best changes you can make is not to blame women. It's a vicious cycle. You get down on yourself (depression does that, right?), women see that and aren't drawn to you. It might seem like they're only going for assholes, but your view is distorted. I agree with the person that said don't try so hard. Just focus on doing things you like and being your most genuine self. Women will see that and talk to you. And don't get caught up in the "friend zone" bullshit. If a woman thinks you are kind and trustworthy enough to be friends, that's a good thing. They don't owe you sex, and the fact that they still want to spend time with you means you have something positive to offer.
Honestly, I hardly get any action when I'm feeling lonely and desperate. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for years. I always seem to find romance when I've decided, "Fuck dating, I'm just gonna do me." Women see that confidence and authenticity and respond.
if you want to waste your time on girls that have friendzoned you well that's up to you, Hooker's my friend are the answer. There easy to find, and some are even pretty and most are actually cheaper then a real date. Get your self a dog a dog will literally adore the ground you walk on and will give far more emotional satasfaction then a girl will.

Depression is not an attractive characteristic to women so I would work on that depression issue. But beyond that you just need confidence and to get laid. I always have used the shotgun theory when looking to get laid or meet chicks. When you shoot a shotgun plenty of pellets miss the target but some do hit it. Go out to a bar and just start hitting on every chick you see. You will get shot down plenty, but eventually you will find a girl that will fuck you or at least go on a date with you. You will also over time learn how to talk to chicks and gain more confidence. Also do online dating. I did that shit and got laid more than I ever did prior. I used it purely to get laid. Picked the slightly older girls who were probably more desperate, also if they weren't the best looking or maybe chubby. Look for girls that would seemingly have low self esteem and exploit it. Just remember, Babe Ruth and Hank Aaron hit a lot of home runs, but they struck out far more often. But they still went back to the plate and kept swinging the bat. Good luck.
