castration men over the age of 50 should be able to request castration to prevent Prostrate cancer women at high risk for breast cancer can have them removed why not men at high risk for prostrate cancer be castrated . ? I have had prostrate cancer had my prostrate removed resulting in ED and a smaller cock there is a fair amount of frustration when you would like to get hard and can not maybe some of that would be gone if castration was optional when the prostrate is removed . right now I wish I could be castrated with out folks thinking I am nuts .

I agree castration should be available As an option for the over fifties, The wife and i have often talked about it and she's all for the idea, We've researched it quite a bit and know whats involved the only thing thats discouraging is the lack of Safe proffessional options. We even considered diy, Id be prepared to take the risks but my wife has refused to help Even though she confessed the idea is a real turn on for her actually doing it would be a step too far. She doesn't mind the idea of a future Without balls as i often suffer E. D. And have pleasured her orally for a number of years now
