Don't blame black 'people' (as we have to call them). This is the problem when you try to tame wild animals. We tried to help them in Africa 100's of years ago, by sending them to work in the states, tried to give them a 'use', and a 'function' instead of laying around and swing through the trees. In the jungle they could do and take what they liked, the old habits are built into them, so they still steal but they think it's ok because they have not the brains or intelligence to define, not their fault. We stuck our noses into nature, we tried to tame a wild animal (like the Doctor in jurassic park) and now we pay the price for letting what is still a wild animal mix into human social society. Not easy i know when the coon is running down the street with your TV (yet walk a few miles for water in africa and it's moan, cry and our fault) but remember, don't blame them, its as natural to them to steal, assault and rape as they did in the jungle as it is for your cat to bring you home a dead bird.
