I used to work for a company that sold frozen food on a regular route. I had to stay overnight at a motel one night each week of a two week rotation. Where I stayed was just about 45 minutes from my house. There would be other guys that would stay over at the same motel. Truckers, salesmen, etc.
The evening’s would turn into several of us hanging around outside drinking beer. The topic of conversation would always turn to women. Most of these guys were transient so nobody knew much about each other.
