some people said that the fat will go only places where u didnt workout to like one guy told me his gf wanted a big belly and didnt workouts and got big belly so im not sure what to believe than if it works or not

When you eat sugars and fats but do not exercise, that causes excess energy which gets stored as fat. When you work out or move around alot, it uses that energy, but when your body runs out, it starts to use the fat, from anywhere in your body, as energy. WHatever they told you is bullshit.
