I think you may be confusing the word fact with the word opinion. What you expressed in your first sentence above is an opinion, not a fact. If you disagree, please cite evidence for your assertion, just so we can all be clear.
As to your second sentence, I agree with your implication that the NSA is out of control and must be reigned in. However, the purpose of the poll was to gauge which groups of mentally I'll and deranged groups of people, ML faggots hate most. It wasn't to solicit their thoughts on public policy or the hateworthiness of government agencies.
