I live in nyc and i do see those guys as well. Its crazy to see how they do it very obviously

I used to see a guy visibly jerking himself off through his track pants while he stood on the side of the subway stairs. He would rub himself as he looked up the skirts of women going up the stairs. I do not know how nobody noticed him.
And at any place where a lot of people were sitting, there would always be at least one or two guys standing there, trying to look up the skirts of women. They also seemed very obvious of what they were doing.
One time I saw a guy with a hole cut out in his bag and was following a woman while standing on my inches away. She was wearing a skirt and he was secretly filming her. That was crazy to see, and once again, the woman had no clue.
