@GothicBlue It looks, as this could be done. For a start both nipples and areolas could be completely removed, so no erectile tissue will be left behind. @profunrat My ideal, actually, is to have the rest of the erectile tissue and nipple tissue removed from my left breast and keep that breast but have the right breast removed entirely. Of course, this is rather difficult to obtain, leaving me with only the options of having both nipples removed by someone other than a surgeon but still having two breasts OR having both breasts removed. Insurance and accepted medical practice will only cover one of these, and I don't want two full breas

I totally agree with you about the totally different kind of sex appeal smooth, nippleless breasts have. It would be a pity, if both your breasts were gone just to lose the nipples and areolas. Those breasts are beautiful and big, and cutting them off would be overkill and a waste indeed.
What you are dreaming of is perfectly viable, so don't settle for second best. I would love to see your breasts sans nipples, indeed it will look very pleading and attractive !

@GothicBlue you don't need to have your breasts removed to get rid of your nipples, areolas and the associated erectile tissues. Although you may not havecany luck finding a surgeon, who can do such a mod, it would not be particularly risky either to have it done "at home". Only a surgical procefure will be capable of removing all of the erectile tissues, but the procedure is rather simple and straightforward. You will even be able to choose, which orientation the scars will have.

@profunrat As I was saying, I love the look & feel of a smooth, nippleless breast, but I'm willing to have both breasts completely removed if that's what it takes to get rid of both nipples & ALL erectile tissue, completely & permanently. Plus, I think that holds a whole other type of sex appeal, permanently & totally removing both of my breasts, without any attempt to disguise it with implants or prostheses, without trying to save or retain the nipple(s), leaving nothing but scars on

@profunrat Yes, I do want the areola to be removed, too. I've tried to do that with the left one, as well, but it's very stubborn and doesn't want to stay gone. I've asked my doctor for a referral for an assessment for breast reduction, and if I get a surgeon willing to remove both breasts entirely, or at least almost entirely, and still bill it as breast reduction, I might just get both breasts completely removed, nipples and all, but I love the look and feel of a smooth, nippleless

So, it is indeed your own nipple, that had been burned. The result looks great. If your right nipple was removed surgically, it would result in a different look, but the actual procedure is not too difficult, so it could be done at home. Would you want the areola to be removed too ?

@melissabrowne My preference would be to have the entire breast with the normal nipple completely removed, leaving just the breast with the nullified nipple on one side and a scar on the other, but it would be easier to either get a double mastectomy as part of gender non-binary top surgery OR to have someone surgically remove the other nipple. I definitely plan to have the other one surgically removed rather than burning it off, with or without the rest of the breast. Burning is too
