Yes you are right, just using a knife to sear the tissue is not sufficient to destroy all the erectile tissues. The chemicals you tried are almost entirely useless.

@profunrat I just used a hot knife heated over a flame. A butter knife. I seared rather than cut it away. I did it over a 20 year period, burning more and more away each time, and lately have tried wart freeze & wart remover as well, though it's nowhere near as effective as burning. I want to have them both surgically removed, though, I think, because there is STILL erectile tissue there that refuses to go away.
