    @gtnair Yeah your right with the two band method he's essentially cutting through dead skin. The real pain isn't putting the bands on, it's the waiting. Takes about 12 hours to kill them off. Most guys that play with these for fun don't last 30 minutes. I don't think any castration method could be done without some good painkillers but this method is by far the most painful
