In my opinion, in a perfect world, she would die horribly for two minutes, slowly fade for one more until she drools and pisses herself at three minutes. With a sweaty face and breasts (if exposed), messed up hair and clothing. Then the killer would make certain her brain dies by repeatedly tightening the cord for one more minute.
