    @kenspanks If the noose is cinched tight it constricts the arteries and the victim passes out right away. When the stomach convulses like this you know for sure that she's out cold. Have to keep the noose looser and off to the side a little to keep that from happening that quickly, or rig her up so her full weight isn't on the neck. With that said, WHY couldn't she have done this naked....
