1) There’s a resemblance around the eyes and nose.
2) At 14:58, when they’re startled by the sound of someone coming the ‘brother’ says ‘mama!’ which prompts the ‘sister’ to quickly cover up and exit the room. This seems to be the pay-off for an earlier moment, 13:59, when she covers up and looks out the window as if expecting someone to show up soon. In the second scene they appear to have all day.
