@JohannaX Yes, or maybe a beating or sexual assault, or a combination. I remember reading a description by a woman of how she'd been suspended upside down and her interrogators had forced a police baton into her vagina. That made a lasting impression on her - and on me, although I was only reading about it!

@JohannaX She must feel very exposed and vulnerable in this position, even though it is almost certainly consensual and she could use a safe word if it got too much for her. It must be terrifying to be suspended like this for real interrogation and torture.

Ist nur eine Fotze, ist nur Müll...ich hoffe sie wurde brutal getötet...als Transvestit fühle ich mich auch als Fotze und sehe meine einzige Daseinsberechtigung darin, von einem Psychopathen brutal getötet zu werden, ihm mit meinem qualvollen Tod Freude zu bereiten und als Müll entsorgt zu werden

@Sado_57 When you're upside down it makes it very hard to see exactly what they're doing/going to do to you so that adds extra fear.
