@Udder1y you’re likely to notice the device will have a tendency to slide off of your urethra. I have started using a piece of simple cotton twine tied under and all the way around the flare of the corona and tied the string behind two opposite nuts to keep the cock head pushed up against the top of the stretcher bars. @Olddognewtricks I use big silicone with a nice taper so as It stretches me the remaining expansions continue to make the sound useful over a long time. After a stretch I use pretty large hagars held with surgical tape as retainers while I work. Can be too successful, have had to slow to avoid damage from too much stretch too quickly. I do not recommend stretching! I will show & discuss it. Cheers

@Olddognewtricks this one been game changer. Is 12mm at tip,maxes at 21mm w/a 20mm retention channel at very top. For stretching sessions I use it as deep in as possible then after an equal ( larger if I can take it) hagar as retainer.
