@Aroaro the rope is too long and it is not secured correctly. I have seen hundreds of hangings where this happens. This happened to me a bunch of times different young ladies. Every rope is braided fibers and they stretch the longer the rope is the more it stretches. When you start doing hanging play you have to do some trial and error they haven't written a book on how to do this correctly yet.
