Ive done this before with friends and in a relationship and ive had it happen to me. When i felt the same way you feel (not with cheating or being sex friends) i had one or two people i could talk to since im pretty much a loner myself. Then i start to like the friend (i usually have more friends that are girls) but never tell them, or even if i do after a month or two talking they become boring, well not boring but theres nothing we can talk about or do together that isnt different. anyways when i feel jealous i get depressed and sometimes keep texting them when they dont talk to me for a day. i ended up somewhat obsessed but realized it and stopped talking to them. i knew that the girl i liked wouldnt like me like how i wanted so i gave up on it.
it kinda doesnt completely go with your situation, i kinda lost track in the middle and im kinda tired. but i can easily distance myself from people by slowly doing other things, being more 'busy' so i cant hangout or talk and ignoring calls and text sometimes until a few hours later. when i start distancing myself it usually takes about a month or two to completely stop talking to them.
with you, just continue what your doing, though you want her to notice you as a boyfriend more than just a friend with benefits so maybe act non-chalant about her concerns and keep saying your 'ok i guess' when she ask your how your doing. and dont have sex with her everytime you want to or when she wants to. and when shes scared try not having have with her. slowly start to do it and do it more and more and she will notice. especially since you said you will tell her about dating a girl she doesnt know. she will get curious about the girl and might ask how she is in bed. if she does you can ask 'why the questions, are you jealous' and see what she says. then maybe after a month maybe, not sure how long you would do this, you can say that you dont want to just have sex and still be friends and you want to be in a relationship and the girl your dating is who you want but say it something like "i dont feel like having sex and just be friends, i want to be in a relationship and not just fuck around and since we arent together, 'whatever the girl your dating name is' is someone i want to keep for right now"
i know most of this crap might not be the right thing to say, sorry for that and just ignore everything that you cant do for whatever reason.
Just break up with your bf. If you like fucking random guys like you have been doing for 2 months then do it single. Its wrong cheating.
